Heat may leave Grant unprotected

    Another good center in the league going to be left unprotected most likely and because of salary.. Grant isnt that valuable to the heat no more IMO they have Jerome Beasley and Udonis Haslem to fill in for him and the have vets that can play forward like Samaki Walker so what is the point of protecting him if not waving him when you dont need him.

    Yea this is actually what I expcted, everyone has give centers big money because big man have been what has won championships, and its shows since center are the highest payed players in the league. Any center that ahd some sort of potential was given big money like that.
    Beasley can hopefully develop, and with Gran being undersized and not a shot blaocking presence anyways, we can have Haslem fit for now.
