Well I'm sure I've already made it clear that I dont agree with any of those statements about Vick, so there was no truth in his post. Atleast not to me.

Thats all I'm saying because the Vick topic is an ongoing discussion that I'm getting tired of discussing.

I understand, a lot of people attack the people they just lost a discussion to.

It is perfectly normal to rationalize the defeat, you are getting a lot closer to acceptance.

See now you have reached acceptance. You understand it is normal to make excuses for your loss, and are now ready to admit defeat.

Funny... Well I'll just give my final statement on Mike Vick. I don't hate him, I don't like him, I just think that he is a pretty good QB if you compared him to other "less paid" QBs. I have him on my team in Madden 2005 and is a huge help on 3rd down when I fake a throw and run for the 1st down, hehe. That is all...

Please note that I had to trade 2 1st round picks and Anthony Wright for him in Week 2 Year 1 of the Franchise, because Kyle Boller isn't helping that much in the game.

Boller is a dominant force on that game. If you just stand in pocket and throw it.

It helps to have a QB in Madden that has speed if you get in trouble standing in the pocket though, most of them are very slow except Vick and McNabb. Boller is fine if you're only standing in the pocket. I'd rather use the QB that can do more than just stand there and throw the ball though. Mobile QBs are just better to have whether its a video game or real life.

I 100% agree that a if 2 QBs are equal in all aspects and one is mobile and the other isnt, the mobile one is better. The problem with Vick is he cant throw the ball nearly as well as boller.

No, you're right Vick cant throw nearly as well as Boller and Boller cant run like Vick. If Vick were to get better in the passing game, he would be the perfect example of a hybrid QB. I would take him as a QB over a pure pocket passer anyday. The hybrid leaves you with more options.

Exactly, the only problem is that vick has consistently his entire pro and college career shown an inabilty to pass the ball accurately in the intermediate to long game so there is no reason to think he could evr be that good passing.

Id take Culpepper over both of them any day.He and Mcnabb are the best QBs in the league.I would say Manning if i saw him put up the numbers he did last year without that supporting cast of awesome WRs he had.Culpepper and Mcnabb can both run and pass and Culpepper is really difficult to take down and look at him....he ways like 270 pounds and he is pretty quick

Yeah. That is a dumb argument. Since Mcnabb and Culpepper have put up pedestrian numbers without TO/Moss, and then you penalize manning for having good recievers? I would agree with you that culpepper and mcnabb are light years ahead of vick though.
