that might not be true, ive heard Dampier might just sign a 1 year deal for the MLE so we can keep thomas and trade him elsewhere(i really would like KT out because i know he's not happy in NY)

but to answer the question, i'd really rather keep the 2nd best Point Guard in the leauge(maybe the best in the 1st half with kidd out)than trading marbury for an uncertanty

    as of now
    Marbury
    Crawford
    T.Thomas
    K.Thomas
Dampier would be the Linup i would feel best in because remember Dampier has injury problems as does Carter and i would not like to have 3 injury prone players with houston included

You would have to deal Starbury, to get him. I actually like lineup 1. Even better if what I'm hearing is true that K.Thomas wouldn't even have to be traded to get Dampier. Dampier would come here for the 1 year Mid-Level exemption.

That would be better as good, however expect Houston to start until his legs wear down. Which shouldn't be long. Mark my words that Vincanity wouldn't be much help to us. New Yorkers like me want PLAYERS NOT Entertainers like VC.

<font color="Blue">KA, I respect that opinion of not wanting an entertainer rather than a player. The knicks would have to be crazy to trade Stephon for Vince. Man if we get Dampier with our MLE that would be sick. Putting us in prime position to make noise this year. But I ask this question though.

"Let's say Toronto says we'll send you Vince if your willing to part with Crawford, then what will you do</font>"?

well then i would pick the 1st lineup cuz we can sign daimpier wit out tradin ne players for 1 yr then next yr houston contract dead soo he might go sumwhere else sry to say that then give daimpier a bigger contraact and to jc then i new line up would be

    Marbury-PG
    Crawford-SG
    Tim Thomas-SF
    kurt thomas -PF
    Dampier-C
