What I want to know is why someone(another player) hasn't already beat the bejeezers out him for all his crap. He's a number 3 WR with a big mouth. Since he's #3, behind Pinkston and TO, with an offensive weapon like Brian Westbrook, he isn't gonna get any good stats. You never know he could go somewhere and perform well, but he just doesn't fit in Philly

Seriously, It is hard when owens, pinkston, and westbrook, are all getting open and being productive, and your are not getting open, to get the QB to throw it your way. It is not like he is the least talented reciever in the league, but i am pretty sure with greg lewis' emergence at the end of last year, the only routes he will need to be concerned with are: 1) The route to his next team. 2) The route to the nearest doughnut shop(if he stays with eagles) 3) The route from tunnel to the bench. In closing, He sucks and is one of the worst players in the league.
All I heard from the Eagles fans that frequent this site is how good Freddie Mitchell is....that hes so good in the slot that the Eagles wont even start him so they can keep him fresh for when they go 3 wide....its the same crap we always get, the players was overrated because of the team he played on, they pimped him as a quality WR and only after he has failed miserably do they admit that hes not good....maybe he can go to Carolina so Steve Smith can catch half of Mitchells season totals per game and taunt him....

I haven't seen one post "pimping him". Eagle fans are mostly pissed at his mouth this year, not entirely his ability at the slot (though his numbers aren't the greatest). The only "crap" we constantly hear are Eagle bashers like yourself, saying anything to envoke fans like myself to retort to your gibberish. Great, now I stooped to your level.
They never used to hate him. They didnt hate anyone who plays for the Eagles, I thought they were all the greatest players ever to play the game. Like GF1 said, there is just some hypocrisy going on right now because now they are seeing how much of an idiot Freddie is. Ya never know what to believe with them NB4L. Far too many contradictions.
