What an outstanding DE, I have heard many good things about him, and most people expect him to be picked in the 1st round. I wouldn't mind the Ravens getting him. It would just pump up their defence even MORE!

I agree with MM. Ravens have a solid defensive core already.

Merriman won't last that long to get down to the Ravens pick anyway. The guy bulked up to over 270 at the combine and still runs a 4.6. He said he had room to bulk up more to play a solid DE or he could drop back down a little to play LB.

This Maryland D looked like a fun one to watch. They just fly to the ball. Here is the highlight page.

But since the Ravens lost Marques Douglas, they are thinking to put Terrell Suggs as a DE. The thing is that he's an outside linebacker. What kind of shit is that?

Suggs played DE in college....he'd likely be a better DE in a 4-3 than a OLB in a 3-4....no way he plays DE in a 3-4 though, hes way too small....
