Here are some players that were scouted and shows their stats, position, name, and college they went to. While I was looking at the list, I see a "Vick In-The-Making" Virginia Tech Bryan Randall (QB) 6' 0" 223 lbs. 40 Time - 4.69 and 4.66 seconds 37" Vertical 9' 8" long jump 4.04 Shuttle 6.72 3 Cones I'm pretty impressed with that. http://www.nfl.com/draft/analysis/individual_workouts#vt
he has similaraties to Vick in that his arm isnt accurate either, but thats about the end of it....Vick likely would run the 40 in around 4.3, Randall is no where near as fast and athletic....I think the best case scenario for Randall would be to add the -El to the end of his last name, if he can carve that sort of niche for himself, he could play a while in the league, he wont make it as a QB though....
He didnt run at the combine, so it wasnt reported exactly what time he ran, but if I had to guess what Vick would run, I would guess it to be similar to what Deion Sanders ran....for those that dont know the story, Deion Sanders arrived at the combine, informed teams that he wouldnt workout but would run, ran a 4.29, turned to the crowd of scouts, took a bow, and then left the dome....
