Duncan could end up scoring at will due to factors such a good height advantage over Boozer. Boozer will have to have a huge game for the Jazz to win this one, with both scoring and defending. It will not be easy at all. Prediction This should be the tenth straight loss for the Jazz, and about the 20th loss in a row vs. the Spurs. I can't see Utah winning this one at all, especially with Duncan on Utah's scoring and rebounding leader in Boozer. Spurs by 24
<sarcasm>Spurs by 150, the Jazz don't score until the 2nd quarter and only score 15 after that. Boozer leads the Jazz with 8 points. <end of sarcasm> I know the Jazz will lose this one, we haven't beat the Spurs in ages. I really don't need to put in explainations, just look at the starting line-ups, everyone on the Spurs is better than the ones on the Jazz, other than maybe Bowen. I say Spurs by 18.
OMG what a game! Buzzer beater by Okur!! Jazz win by 1! WOW! I watched this game from start to finish. It was close the entire game. I think the Jazz's largest lead was about 6 in the 2nd. Spurs largest was proably 4. Everyone on the Jazz played awesome. Jazz were 4/7 from the 3 pt line. Eisley 2/3, and then mcleod and Snyder chipped one in Okur - 23 points 7/11 shooting, 2 assists, 11 rebounds Mcleod - 18 pts, 4 assists, 5/10 shooting Giricek - 13 points at 6/10 shooting Snyder - 7 points at 3/7 Boozer - 13 points at 5/10 Borchardt - 2 points, 8 rebs, 1 assist, 1 blocked shot (on duncans dunk) Eisley - 10 points 4/8, 2 3's Lopez - 9 points 4/8 One thing that surprised me was the Jazz did a lot of this with Boozer on the bench, with 4 fouls. They kept a lead the almost the whole way. When we went down by 1 poinit with 7 seconds left I was about to soil myself. When Mcleod drove and missed the layup, I think I did. THen I saw Okur get the rebound, and toss it up, its GOOD!!!!! Okur bailed us out twice. With a minute remaninig, we were down 1, someone took the shot, and he got the tip in with a jam. Then with the final play he bailed us out again. Great game for him. Hopefully this game will give the Jazz one final boost of confidence. Having to match phoenix next is gonna be tough as hell.
It is nice to get a win, especially an unexpected win. Maybe this team is finally gelling and when AK gets back we will be back to old form. But the big thing is that we finally beat the Spurs. I think the last time we beat them was 2001, so beating them is a big hump that the team climb. Congrats guys, lets keep it up.

Great win for the Jazz. A win over the Spurs will give the players some confidence in their ability to win games. The Jazz played extremely well, with some key injuries too. Now, Utah needs to try keep this play up, and the return of Andrei Kirilenko very soon will help. Beating the Spurs for the first time since 2000 is a great way to start a turnaround.
