josh davis's contract expires after this season. do you think that the sixers will resign him? i mean, he isn't very good, but he can shoot the three, which is good for jim's offensive plays, but he isn't really that good any where else. he is basically a shooter. do you think he will return? and pretend the sixers have signed all of their free agents all ready, and if you were billy king, would you want to resign him?
I don't think the Sixers need his services, but he'd be an ok player on the practice squad or something.

I for one believe he will be gone next season particularly because of his "defensive system" and Webber lack of enthusiasm to play for him. Webber made it clear on NATIONAL TV that O'Brien is the problem, and if this Webber/Iverson thing is going to work the both have to be willing to play for their coach. So yeah, I doubt O'Brien will be back next season. Well I almost forgot this thread was about Josh Davis, but as for Josh Davis coming back?I really don't care. When I say that I don't mean in the way it seems to be, I mean it as if... if he comes back, cool, if not, oh well. Josh Davis could be a decent player at best and he has the body to be a finesse type player under the rim which would help because Dalembert is the only finesse player we have under the rim but he hasn?t fully developed his offensive game, and it doesn?t seem he will anytime soon. Well Davis could move on his feet and if he's in trouble he has his shot to bale him out. So again, I'm a little iffy on whether I would resign him or not, but if I were to resign him I would like to see him add more to his game other than just shooting the ball behind the arc.
Avery`s right about if Obie will still be around next season, I mean if you were Billy King, who would you pick? Chris Webber or Jim O`Brien... As for Davis, yeah he`s a decent pickup can shoot the 3 pretty well, but if he`s here, he`s here. If not, no biggy.
