Opening night roster prediction verses Buffalo:

With Higgins, Bouillon and BGL still injured, that is the safest bet of a lineup.

 

Halak gets the start tonight verses the Leafs. He is looking to grab the starting job.

 

Hell of a good game. Beat the Leafs 6 - 1 and we actually looked like cup contenders. Tanguay played well with a goal and three assists. Halak had a good game too and definately is one of the best back-ups in the league.

 

Carey Price looks to get the start in Philly. BGL and Boully may play but I doubt it.

 

Good win against Philly. Definately got outplayed until the third.

 

Home opener tonight!

 

Luckiest bounce in the world has let the Bruins tie it up. We will lose in the shootout.

 

Our first shootout win!

Ryder lost it for the Bruins which is fitting.

 

Game tonight against Phoenix. Should be a great game.

 

Too many players, not enough roster spots.

 

2 - 0 for the Canadiens. Tanguay and Koivu each netted one.

 

Great win. Too bad we couldn't hold them goaless.

 

Halak in net tonight and Chipchura got called up to fill in for the injuries.

 

Big break until we play the Ducks. First real test of the season even though they are not playing well.

Hopefully we will have some bodies back.

 

The Canadiens have been breezing by so far.

Kim St-Pierre! The former Team Canada goalie for the womens team who has won two gold medals.

 

Gosh damnit we played awesome but our defense and goalies played like poop.

Found out I'm semi related to Kim as her brother has a baby with my older cousin in Quebec. Pretty awesome.

 

Montreal finally beats Cam Ward in Montreal. Took a shootout but two points is two points.

 

Pavel Valentenko ran off to Russia yesterday to join the KHL. Not impressed at all.
