I had Old Dominion winning in all my brackets I believe, so that wasn't a surprise upset for me. BYU-Florida in 2 OT, and this Loyd guy has really stepped it up today for BYU.

Omar Samhan dominates Richmond, and send St. Mary's to the 2nd round to play Nova. Kansas State rolls in their game and Baylor escapes a close game.

Derrick Caracter is eating Butler alive right now as it's 33-27 Utep @ half. This is a weird 5-12 matchup because UTEP were robbed seed wise and clearly are the dominant team athletically right now.

The refs lost their whistles when it came to Duke playing defense. Cal were fouled a few times, and there were no calls. I just felt like I was watching the Lakers play the Timberwolves with the respect factor. Even Guiterrez had one play where he clearly was there for the charge, and they called it a blocking. Cal were jobbed and lost tons of momentum in some parts of the game.

I would say the refs definitely favored them but it wouldn't have made a difference.
