We just passed 3.5M posts for the entire site: The Blazers forum alone has about 1.4M of those. I noticed we were at 3.4something million about the time we upgraded the software. It didn't take long
Any posts that were deleted do not count. Posts by banned posters but are still there in the threads do count.
Very cool! Well done guys! Good to see the Blazers dominating in at least this category! The game chats do pad the stats, all those posts that say WES!
I didn't realize the other forums were ever utilized? Have you done anything to drive traffic to those other rooms?
Denny you can thank me for starting all those 100 page religious threads I created! That's good for at least 1 million posts alone!
Mags has told more than one person to go be a Wolves or Warriors fan if they liked Love or Curry all that much.
When we made the great migration over here, I think the Blazers forum had like 2,000 posts or something right?
I see. Why not use the same model you used to build this forum up? Do it one forum at a time. Whatever it was it was successful. Why deviate from it?
You also have some bright peeps working for you, why not pick their brain. In sure dog has an idea or two.
He's sort of right. There are a lot of established forums out there and it's really hard to convince people to switch to a different one. Unlike this site, the others are paranoid about losing their members so they don't allow private messaging or links to other sites in posts Another way to build forums is to have really active moderators who go out and recruit people to join and post. Those types of moderators are really hard to find.
