Bob Whitsitt gave notice during the 4-day life of that thread, a day or two after our last playoff game.

7 years later, those who said the rebuilding would take 1 or 2 years are nowhere to be found. If Oden doesn't pan out, we have at least several years to go.

It's easy to say, "Blow it up." It takes over a decade to become a .700 team again, and for most teams, never.

It will take a couple of mouthy stars to make it happen, so ultra-moralists will demand to blow it all up again.
