Aldon Smith is back with the San Francisco 49ers. Smith was activated off the non-football injury list Thursday. He went into an alcohol treatment center Sept. 23 -- three days after his second arrest on suspicion of drunken driving since entering the NFL in 2011. He was released from the treatment center this week.
