so 4 out 5 were against bad teams. 4 out of 5 on the road is still impressive! Where is everybody around here? please tell me you people have been watching what I've been seeing with Al Jefferson here (not to mention Tony Allen) just to reassure me that I'm not experiencing some residual hallucinations from my high school days.
I'm still around. It's good to see some of the younger players finally step up. And I'm glad to see that it's Tony Allen and Big Al. Like I said before, all you gotta do with this team is be patient and give them some time to gel together. Eventually we'll have good chances at making the finals. (hopefully)
This team looks good. Green is awesome, or will be, big Al is the second best big in that draft class after Dwight Howard (having passed Okafor, IMO). Delonte West is playing well and Rondo, although not having stuffed stats, has impressed me with his tough play. Telfair IMO has been least impressive, but even I, an ardent nonTelfairian, cannot complain.
Al's been good enough, but thank god for Tony Allen, were it not for him, this road trip wouldn't have looked half as good. I especially give him credit for torching the Nuggets.
