9 YEARS AGO (please change mods)

    https://www.espn.com/new-york/nba/s...forward-gerald-wallace-portland-trail-blazers

Year: 2012 | Teams: Portland Trail Blazers and New Jersey Nets
    Nets received: Gerald Wallace
Blazers received: Mehmet Okur, Shawne Williams and a 2012 first-round pick (Damian Lillard)

Turned out to be one of the better trades in Blazer history. to Chad Buchanan who made the move and also deserves majority credit for the draft pick.

You just never know when a great player might be drafted. People say all the time that a player was a "Sure Bet". In the years i have been following there have been very few "Sure Bets" other than the top few picks in a any draft and even those are never really "Sure".

I'd rate this a B+ and it would be an A+ if the Blazers had correctly used the pick on Harrison fuckin' Barnes.
