Buker tweeted: Mannion looks very sharp and he feels that being named starter has given him confidence. Hope this flows over to the rest of the offense. Buker also tweeted he thinks Rodgers is near 100% and will play vs UCLA. Buker also asked IF Katz could move to safety. Sidenote: Buker has been very accurate in the past. He was the first to say that Katz just didn't have "it" in practice and that Rodgers was not running at full speed.
