We know where to find them. If we want to read their bullshit, we can go over to the Oregonian. But please let's keep this place a haven from their shit-stirring and drama-mongering.

If sly isn't posting shitty Quick and Clownzano articles then he is banning people. I bet you will be first for starting this motion, and I will be second for agreeing with it.

I have no beef with Sly. And I sort of get why he's doing this - the same reason they write that shit or talk radio exists - to make something out of nothing. But let's be better than that.

There's plenty of crappy opinions here too, no harm in linking to an article, regardless of how much or little people like the author. Don't have to click it if you don't want to-again same as threads started by posters here.

Agree with the OP. I'm tired of logging on and seeing the home page littered with articles written by those two.

I've only been doing it during the playoffs. We're getting a lot of traffic. Also it has resulted in a lot of great discussions. It's interesting, I've posted articles by some great writers including Eggers but it didn't result in much discussion.

I have no problem easing up when the playoffs are over.

But more importantly, if you see coverage out there that you like I encourage all of you to post it for the rest of us to read.

I wish it was possible to "like" a post more than once. You'd get infinite "likes" from me on this one.

Yes please!! I'm even inclined to try to put something together to get these hacks ousted. Who seriously enjoys their articles and would be upset if they were gone?

I actually like about half of Quick's articles. I thought the one about LMA bulking up was great. I also enjoyed his article about Lillard Time.

    Something that bothers me:

If OKC had a healthy Durant and Westbrook but a bunch of other injuries, don’t you think they’d still have a great shot in any matchup? With Harden and Howard (mind you even howard missed tons of games), Houston hasn’t struggled much without Beverly and Donatas. It disturbs me that our team becomes a shambles even though we still have LMA and Lillard at essentially full strength, not to mention Batum and Lopez. Can’t these guys carry a team?

This is what makes me believe LMA is thinking

Sly should be fined $500 for littering. Every time, posters tell him not to do that, but he continues. Who does he think he is? He acts like he owns the joint. But I'll never treat him like I do Denny. Here's a rare jlprk "like" for the first post. Treasure it like gold. You may not see another.

If you don't like the content that I post then you should post some yourself.

If you don't like what I do or you think I'm hurting the forum then make a thread, put it up for a vote and I go with what the majority wants. Not a big deal, if you want me gone I'll go.
