"I wish the organization the best of luck going forward."</p> Arena led the team to a 12-11-7 record and third place in the Eastern Conference. The Red Bulls were eliminated on Saturday in the playoffs by the New England Revolution, losing 1-0 in a two-game aggregate goal series.</p> Arena compiled a 16-16-10 regular-season record with the Red Bulls. He made his coaching debut on August 12, 2006, in a friendly against UEFA Champions League winner FC Barcelona. His MLS debut with the team was four days later against D.C. He would get smashed in the Austrian Bundesliga, let alone the Prem. He should quit now before he hits the bottom of the barrel and realizes that his tactics aren't any better then a casual Football Manager player.</p>
