    In a shootout at the Rogers Centre, the Argonaut defence woke up just in time.

    After a late touchdown pass from Ricky Ray to Dontrelle Inman — who got into the end zone by the stitching on his cleat — a revamped Argos defence rebounded from a forgettable first quarter with back-to-back sacks on Henry Burris, and fended off a last-second push to seal a 39-34 win over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

    “It was huge,” Argos coach Scott Milanovich said of late stand by the defence.
