didn't have enough problems... NVE out at least another two weeks after surgery...Jason Richardson suspended for 3 games....Troy Murphy out two weeks because of injury....Thats 3 starters who will be missing to start the season. What will their line-up be on opening night? Claxton Pietrus Dunleavy Robinson Dampier I guess Mike D will get ALOT of minutes this season.
That starting 5 is an eye sore. They are going to have to rely on defense to win games, and will rely on big games from Dampier and Foyle. A bad shooting night by Speedy or Mike D. is going to equal a lot of losses.
J-Rich, NVE, and Murphy are their 3 main scorers. Without them they don't have much of a chance against anyone. Last year they were blessed being injury free throughout the season. Looks like a different story this year. In order for them to push for that 8th spot in the playoffs, they need to stay healthy, everyone.
The Warriors do have a X-factor in their team..Avery Johnson...and looking by this pic he can stop any PG in their tracks
