The Chicago Bears have entered their second phase in finding a head coach and will speak again with three candidates, including Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell.

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Monday that Bevell and defensive coordinator Gus Bradley were "heading toward second interviews." Bradley is in the running for the Philadelphia Eagles' job.

The Bears also will conduct a second interview with Marc Trestman, the head coach of the CFL's Montreal Alouettes, sources told ESPN. Bevell and Trestman are the first two candidates to be identified as finalists for the Bears' coaching vacancy, according to sources.

Trestman was at Halas Hall, the Bears' team headquarters, on Monday, a league source told ESPNChicago.com.

Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians also reportedly is a finalist and will receive a second interview.
