"The Bears go into New York without three starters on defense, one in each of the "levels:" defensive tackle Stephen Paea, middle linebacker Brian Urlacher and safety Chris Conte.

Barring injuries this Friday, the Bears project to be at full strength on both offense and defense for the Indianapolis Colts on Sept. 9.

While facing Eli Manning and the New York offense without more than one-quarter of their defense is a problem, this remains preseason and all three are tracking for returns against the Colts."
