    I don't get it, are you comparing Lillard and McCollum to B Davis and S Jackson?

    I'm also pretty sure the fans here know that it's possible to pull off upsets, we're all knowledgeable sports fans who don't need to hear some "look it can happen, just believe!". I don't think any of the Blazer fans here want the team to lose in the first round, people are just trying to maintain reasonable expectations.

    The team will enter the first round knowing they can win, it's going to be a competitive series, and if fate is on our side then we can win a playoff series against any team in the NBA.

    And King you explicitly state the Warriors, they haven't locked up the 1 seed. What if we play the Spurs?

    In a hypothetical series I feel like the backcourts of the two teams would kinda wash each other out so it'll comedown to whether KD was healthy. If he missed the series it would get interesting. The role players would decide the series. I don't think they'd have an answer for Nurkic, and similarly we wouldn't have an answer for draymond oh my god Noah Vonleh will be the X factor what a time to be alive

    I knew Kingspeed would start this thread even before I logged on to my computer. Well, let me put it this way.... the way that Nurkic draws guys when he's in the paint and how well Vonleh has looked on defense, any series against Golden State looks different than a month ago. Still their shooting is so good I would think they'd rip us to pieces a few of those games.
