DFW has said that Tank will be in eventually. Not sure when.

Evan Tanner hasn't been name dropped but the guy seems like another candidate.

Randleman is a for sure, I think. Ditto with Big Nog. DFW still hates Frank Shamrock.

Franklin is in murky territory due to his involvement with OneFC. Same goes for Wandy and R1Z1N.

Frank Mir's recent scandal will have bearing on this. If he is no exonerated for his kangaroo steak, he's retired, and eligible.

I feel like if they can get Saku to come out for the event they will put him in. Otherwise, no.

As long as GSP doesn't want to say he's 100% retired he'll be left out, I reckon.

I voted for Rich and Wand. Honestly I think Wand's make take some time because of how he left the UFC but he should eventually get there.
Rich hasn't fought in a while so I don't think DFW can hold Rich's association with another org in a non-fighter capacity against him. I mean the UFC can't give jobs in the organization to all of it's ex-stars.

Randleman will likely get in there too and Mir has fought this year. I think they should wait 3 years after a fighters last fight before deciding... or in GSP's case wait until he's like 40 and definitely not coming back.
Saku will confuse most casual fans but if there's an MMA HOF then he's gotta be in there. Not sure how or why he'd be in the UFC HOF though... just because they own the PRIDE FC library.

Bas is in there and he fought for the UFC once, IIRC. Saku is in a similar situation having fought in a one-night tournament back in the day.

Big John has been pushing for Art Davie on his podcast.

Big John should also be in there.

Frye's UFC record is stellar. Won UFC 8 and UFC Ultimate Ultimate 96. When he left for PRIDE he was 11-1 and won his first four fights. By that point he was in his late thirties and had a lot of miles on his engine.

Obviously his most famous fight was the hockey style brawl with pro wrestler Yoshihiro Takayama. There will never be another fight like it.

    This is outta nowhere:

Petey Williams vs. Mark Coleman will be added to the Hall of Fame in the fight category.

IIRC it was the first head kick KO in the UFC, although it was a dirty one since Williams was wearing shoes. Big John gives out over it when he does it.
