I hope you are right, but I see him having a hard time against the L@ker guards. Also, given Sergio's talk with Nate, I expect to see him come out inspired. I'm guessing Sergio gets way more minutes that Bayless--who may see limited or no action unless Blazers are way up, or way down (and Sergio is having a sub-par game).
Nearly every Laker fan I've talked to complains about their inability to stop slashing guards. I can see Bayless having a big night during his shift in the 2nd half.
Bold prediction: LaMarcus and Lamar Odom will get into it at some point, coming to near blows. And a "Beat LA" chant will start up in the second half.
Whether one believes in quantum mechanics or God, there's a non-zero chance of anything happening. I like high-reward bets. Put a penny down, chance to win...hmm...based on the odds, I'd say a googolplex dollars.
Hah! Shows what you know. There's not a googolplex dollars in the whole world! You'd bankrupt Vegas, Dubai, Hong Kong and the Sacramento Kings and only come up with something like 1/10th of that.
Bayless has the quickness to match Farmar, but is bigger and stronger. I like that match-up. He's also much, much quicker than Fisher, but the veteran will flop, and get the call, when Bayless tries to drive to the basket on him. BNM
