Are you serious? This story has been out there for a year and the only question has been who paid for the dossier and by what channels did it make it through to disclosure. Maybe it's time for you to do a little research... starting by reading the article. What will be most interesting to me is the involvement of James Comey and John "Wet Start" McCain.
They hired a company whose investigator met with Russians (with ties to Putin!) to get dirt on Trump. It’s real, actual, collusion between a campaign and Russians.

The answer to your first question is - absolutely. The second is a matter of good questions and remembering to obtain verification for information given. Even the hard core socialist/communists involved with the DNC had to admit the dossier, after inspection, was complete road apple information.
The link between campaign and Russian operatives is real. They used an intermediary is all. They knew the work product/result and how it was obtained. They whispered about it, got it to the FBI and CIA, etc. Seriously, the Russians gave dirt to the DNC and Clinton campaign to hurt Trump’s chances. I am not up in arms about it, though. I have faith in the voter, that they see through the bullshit in the end.

If an associate of Trump met with someone who talked to the Russians, it would be collusion, too. Trump has been no friend to Russia, and there’s been no use of this mythical dirt they have on Trump to make him do their bidding.
