"Brewers RHP Mark DiFelice was removed from the game in the eighth inning after being struck on the right hand by a line drive.

He has a contusion on his third and fourth fingers, said assistant GM Gord Ash, and is day to day.

LHP Randy Wolf pitched well against a mostly sub/minor league Dodgers lineup. Wolf gave up two runs on five hits in 5 2/3 innings. He struck out three and walked one. He said he was happy with his location and a new cutter grip he's working on.

Erick Almonte and Chris Dickerson are having nice offensive games for the Brewers, who are up 6-5 in the ninth."
