It was a late call I think....Im noticing a lot more players that are Probable and Questionable and end up not playing....I think the coaches are playing mind-games of course, but I also think some coaches hate the idea of fantasy football because it emphasis individual stats and they mess with FF players by holding the info as long as possible....
I got killed this weekend. Matt Hasselbeck - 7 Brian Westbrook - 0 Chester Taylor - 4 Chad Johnson - 6 Torry Holt - 16 Antonio Gates - 8 John Kasay - 2 Seattle's D - (-4) WTH?!?
I knew there was a chance he might not play but still left him in the lineup - obviously a bad choice. The Eagles probably figured they could win without him, give him an extra week of rest to prepare for Dallas which will be a much tougher game.
My lineup yesterday QB-Favre(UGH!) HB-Chester Taylor(UGH!!!!!!!) HB-Brian Westbrook(UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) WR- Donald Driver(UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!) WR- T.J. Hous yo mama(decent) TE- L.J. Smith(Nothin special) D/ST Bengals(UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!) I def didn't have a good fantasy weekend
So do we leave him in the lineup for next Sunday? I think I am going to chance it. It's a big game for the Eagles and my guess is they will play him.
