Rumour mill (mostly Meltzer) says Lesnar, who is out of contract after Wrestlemania, would like to return to the UFC for another fight. Granted, this could be a ploy to get more money out of the WWE. Lesnar last fought Mark Hunt in July of 2016. His win was overturned after a failed drug test and he was suspended (though he left MMA rather than sit out). Summer of 2018 would be two years which could cover the suspension depending on how USADA and the NSAC want to deal with it. Lesnar will be 41-years old in July.

Seems like he is coming back for one fight, USADA will pop him and he will be in New Japan or something before summer of next year.

On a side note, I was watching First Take the other day and Max Kellerman was talking about Canelo failing for "tainted beef." Max said USADA never catches anybody cheating and is viewed as a joke. Allegedly Vada or something like that is who catches all of the cheaters. Is that just in boxing circles that it's a joke organization? Because USADA has done a great job of ruining everyone's reputations in MMA because of catching so many cheats. Just thought that was weird.

I'm not sure when Kellerman went from boxing analyst to Stephen A. Smitherman but his hot takes are pretty hollow. Shame since at one point he was seen as the next big broadcaster in boxing. I trust Pauly Malignaggi's opinion over his now.

The agreement USADA has with the UFC is pretty draconian compared to the voluntary testing boxers do which is why it seems people are getting caught often. Pretty sure the WADA/VADA argument went out with Bigg Rigg.

Brock won last night, so perhaps Dana did the WWE a solid by pretending like Lesnar is going to the UFC when he actually signed a new contract with the WWE and will not be coming back to the UFC? Probably for the better because dude was good for one fight before failing a drug test or getting knocked out horribly and not being an attraction.
