Well, Allen is now the Buc's GM. The Raiders lost a great GM in Allen. I thought that he had a significant and often unseen role in the Raiders recent successes. Every year, he would get great talent signed to contracts, balance the budget, and get us under the salary cap even when it looked like we might need to purge the entire team. I was really sad to see him leave, and I wish him the best.
Allen in tampa is what we really needed our salery cap issues must be dealt with and fixed. Rich mckay helped our team to greatness and i didnt think we would find someone to replace him, with the brains mckay had. Guess i was wrong.
