Nba.com is now listing Rasheed Wallace as the starting Small Forward for the Blazers and Zach Randolph as the starting Power Forward. I don't watch many Blazers games so I am wanting Blazer fan imput on this. Could it work out?

Runs the floor very well too.

But could you post the link so that I know what other position movements have been made? It'll play a role in how I respond.
He has the quickness. And the outside shot. There are alot of sf/pf players in the west so that will help.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Wave:</div><div class="quote_post">http://www.nba.com/preview2003/por.html</div> Thanks Wave. No, he cannot play sf. Yes, he would succeed at it, but not as much as he would at pf. His profile lists him as a F-C, which leads me to believe that they would have him playing sf and center with dale davis is out. It's too big of an adjustment. Offensively he'd be fine playing sf. But playing center on defense will tire him out and decrease his offensive efficiency. Bonzi is a great shooting guard, and will help to take some of the attention away from Sheed. The main reason that I dislike this is because I can't see Randolph succeeding as a pf. Everyone talks about his playoff breakout, but look at who was guarding him. The kid is gonna get eaten alive, but the Blazers are playing him in an attempt to avoid Jermaine pt. 2.
Sheed does NOT have an outside shot. He's a decent shooter, but he has no business pretending he's Nowitzki, and if he makes one, forget about him posting down low again that game. I'd almost rather get rid of Wallace than suffer through another season with him putting up more sub par numbers. This is a player who should be getting 30 points a game. At least he's having fun.
I actually think he would be much happier in today's game. With the new rules and the game being less physical, he would be better. Sheed never cared to bang.
