I barely post here and never make threads. I seem to only read about the negatives going on with the team. I'm all most to the point I don't need the negativity in my life.

It's just a thought that I'd throw out there. If I'm out of line just delete this thread.

I'm actually excited anout the trade deadline coming up. Ill be shocked if nothing happens to the roster.

If I believe nothing happens to the roster by dead line Stotts is gone by Summer and new coach with lottery draft. What's your thoughts on that?

I think there is an all things positive thread. Id start by se43arching for that and seeing what you think. :)

I think you are right. The more moves made, the safer Stotts is. The less moves made, the more likely he is the last move made.

You're not out of line at all. Things have been negative around here for a while.

Olshey goes first imo. In a results oriented business he’s literally done nothing to upgrade the roster in a year, and there might be an argument for two (depending on whether you believe he thought Nurk was an upgrade over Plumlee)

But I agree with the OP. It’s just basketball, it shouldn’t be that serious.

I think most people would LOVE to be more positive and are frustrated by the way things are going and have been for a couple of years. Most people here believe (positive) that this team is capable of playing better and are capable of being coached better. I'll take that over what some team's fan bases have which is apathy. That is when you have really lost the people.

Agree with the serious part. But nobody in their right mind would say Nurkic isn't a significant upgrade.

Not what I was saying. I was talking about when the trade happened. Did Olshey think back then he was upgrading the roster, or just picking up a project and a first for someone they didn’t want to pay.

Dude... If I’m posting negative threads you know things aren’t right!

Lack of proper spelling/grammar. Come on, Brian, you’re better than that.

I am. Usually I make my own, but I just pulled one off of some image site. Poor/lazy form on my part.

Yeah it sucks. I miss the camaraderie and friendships we used to have. Bunch of cranky pants confrontational posters up in here these days.

Your thread was no more negative than this one. Negativity is a matter of tone and intent, not content. The whole point is to have a conversation and exchange opinions. Even when the opinion is that things aren't going well, or that change is needed. Negativity is the inability to disagree without condescending criticism of the opinion and the poster. I think that's the thing that is turning people off.

I know, that's why I crossed out his name instead of replacing it completely. It was a joke.

Positive threads have a short shelf life.......it's a pattern here...I started a thread about allstar voting that lasted a day...I guess it's true bad news sells but I appreciate you starting this thread....I'm all for positive or constructive dialogue...if people would talk about subjects instead of each other it would be a good start
