Brett Cecil is sticking with the birds, but of a different feather. The former Toronto Blue Jays left-handed reliever has signed a four-year deal with the St. Louis Cardinals, reports Yahoo! Sports' Jeff Passan. The deal could be in excess of $30 million and is pending a physical.
