With a pair of runs in the ninth inning the St. Louis Cardinals tied up their first Grapefruit League game against the Washington Nationals 4-4 at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Fla., on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021. Both teams opted to end the game there rather than going into extra innings. The Cardinals have a rest day on Monday before playing the Miami Marlins on Tuesday.
