When they say "potential" wtf does that mean? Still have to test sample b? A situation similar to romeros? Why even make this statement if its only a potential violation
From the articles I've read directly released from USADA its always been a potential fail until they can 100% confirm. I'm assuming the b-sample.

Chad Mendes released a statement saying he didn't do his homework and would be punished accordingly. Not sounding like he will appeal.
HGH is very difficult to catch. Cro Cop told the USADA he was taking it and they still didn't detect it.
