Chandler Parsons, selected 38th overall by the Houston Rockets in the June draft, is closing in on a two-month deal with French club Cholet, according to his agent. Agent Mark Bartelstein said Friday that Parsons is close to finishing a deal with Cholet that will allow him to return to the NBA when the lockout ends, or remain in France if the lockout persists.
