The Los Angeles Clippers may soon have a familiar face back in their lineup as they begin to prepare for postseason basketball.

Blake Griffin was cleared to practice on Saturday for the first time since fracturing his hand during an altercation with a team equipment staff member. Griffin cannot serve his four-game suspension until he's placed on the Clippers' active list - something that could happen as early as Sunday.
