You are correct in that the results come later, I was referring to trajectory and things that can effect it hopefully positively.

 

My understanding is that there is usually a week or two for infections to become symptomatic - so if we go by cases, hospitalizations, ICUs and deaths - the trajectory is pretty much set in stone based on the situation on the ground for the next 1 - 2 months. You will not start seeing these change until after - which is I guess, what he was referring to.
