I hear rumblings across the radio waves. If the Steelers aren't playing next January, will Pittsburgh have a new head coach next season? This guy has been employed by the same team it seems forever, an amazing feat of tenure in my opinion. Are you guys in Steel Town ready for a change yet or do you think that he's still got it?

i think if he doesnt win then he is fired, and i just dont see any way he can make the playoffs. his team has less talent every year, and he wins way more than he should, but there reaches a point where players stop listening.

I don't know what to say. I think every coach is on the hot seat in the NFL. It's a "win now" mentality. As for Cowher, I don't think that he will be let go if they don't make the playoffs next year. It seems as though the Rooney's really buy into his philosophy. Maybe if the Steelers falter, Cowher will leave on his own. I had heard through the grapevine that he would love to coach in Kansas City. I don't know how true that is, but all of these things are possibilities.

Well, KC, Dick V. probably won't be coaching much longer anyway.

me too, he was so good at reviving the rams team and the chiefs I think the chiefs should let him coach as long as he wants to stay there
