He should've been left in the game. Harden was a disastrous -21. Curry sucked too. That's the thing. Now that it's called Team STEPH, Steph basically has to be in the game. In past years, the players that were playing best would be put in at the end. It's fucking bullshit. It's like when Magic stole MVP from Drexler. Team LeBron WOULD NOT HAVE WON if Dame stayed in the game.
I wasn't paying too much attention, but wasn't it just the starters in at the end, you know, like an all star game should be?
I loved how Curry choked (and his face demonstrated that)! Lebron James is a living legacy. He cares about the entire game. Liked when James went over to Dr. J and gave him his respect. I forgot who the player was who had the wonderfully manicured eyebrows (?). At least Walton was not announcing > that would be like puke in pea soup.
To be absolutely fair, Dame didnt shoot 100%, so it would not have been a foregone conclusion he would have made it.. I guess I'm just not mad that a game that means nothing didn't play out like it meant something.
Dame scored the most points as a Blazers all star selection since Clyde scored 22 in 1992. Way to go, Dame. That's representing our Blazers!
If you're interested in winning, you go with who is hot. Like when in 87 (?) Tom Chambers was kept in the game. Grand scheme of things, who gives a fuck though.
Curry: 4-14 Harden: 5-19 Lowry: 2-11 Dame: 9-14 Which one of these guys wasn’t on the floor to end the game?
Ehhh if he should have closed out the game then the fans should have voted him as a starter. I'm surprised he got as many minutes as he did--thought it was cool of Mike to let the bench start the second half. Give them some more run they normally don't get in an all star game.
The bench started the second half so that they can sub out mid way through both the 3rd and 4th and finish with the starters.
