I couldn't watch either one. Does anyone know if there is a way to view either debate in full? Also, what are your thoughts following them?

It's way too many people. The ones with no chance need to bow out. Trump is at least entertaining. One of those Howard Stern what will he say next things.

Karly was the hands down winner of the JV game. Walker, Rubio, Cruz and Kasich did well in the evening. Trump is a buffoon. Carson is a nice guy but out of his element. Jeb held his own, Huck was a huckster, and Christie and Paul tried to out-trump each other.

...seem more like a lot of self serving posturing to me...very little actual "debating"...IMO.

Blame FNC for that. You can't have a 10-way debate...not in 2 hours. Format isn't the candidates fault...and they kept to the rules for the most part. As for self serving posturing...that's too cynical. There's gonna have to be a bit of resume citation because most people haven't actually researched these folks. That'll drop off over time. Plus, the questions from the mods were way too leading and long, almost forced these guys to waste time on background context.

Another problem is people like Megyn Kelly has no business moderating a debate. They think people are tuning in to see them.

I taped it and watched after yankee game. Unfortunately, too many candidates running at the moment but considering the numbers involved ran about as well as could be expected. 24 million watched which was the most for a cable show ever. Seemed like kelly had an agenda as one of reporters today said she told both wallace and bier beforehand in their pre debate meeting what she was going to say to trump and she expected him to come at her and not to step in for her that she would handle it. So it seems she was looking to make a name for herself as a badass but I think people watching saw right through her agenda including mess in the prior post. Of all the questions to ask trump that people were interested in regarding isis the economy etc her question was about how trump talks to women...yeeesh. Bier's opening question about making a pledge not to run as a third party was just as idiotic as if was going to be asked should have been saved for the end to get the candidates answering questions about actual topics of interest. Hillary, if anyone cares was taking selfies with kim kardashian last night and hobnobbing with the rest of that clan which has a total IQ of a walnut..

Drive by media loved Megyn. Meh! She was doing the prosecutor leading the witness schtick.

What's wrong with a simple question..."In 2016, is the nuclear triad necessary, can we afford it?"

"What do you think about the Iran deal?"

"How would you shrink govt....which agencies, timeline?"

    This is not fucking hard.

Trump will just say whatever and is completely unfiltered. It's something you never see in politics. It's quite funny.
