Now that LeBron won a championship, he could leave with his head held high. Or perhaps he'll want more championships... any thoughts?
Charcoal is right, but I think LBJ stays and it will help us a bit more right? I do believe this. If LBJ leaves, Love stays. IF LBJ stays, love is gone. God if they get rid of Love and make room for a Horford? They would be a dynasty the next few years.
I think it would be really funny if LeBron left... for Miami! It actually would make a lot of sense. He's in the East, so it's a guaranteed finals berth, and they've acquired good pieces since he left. It's a great tactic really: keep bouncing between teams, so that the teams have time to reload when he leaves for year and the suck for a high pick.
I dont see them having room to sign anyone like horford. Thompson, love, irving, lebron all make big bucks. Shumpert and jr smith make good money too. Even if they got rid of love in a salary dump they still wouldnt have enough space
Yeah, but Horford has been chasing for a while now with a good Atlanta team. I think he might be willing to defer a few million to go get some rings now. In 5 yearsd he wont be the impact player he can be now to put a team over the edge.
Lebron not going anywhere now he has to see if he can make it 2 in row. So our draft pick from them its not in danger. I believe will use it in trade sooner or later.
LeBron is going to go on a "Win One for the Land" tour. He's going to sign with the Blazers next, so he can win one for portLAND and then maybe if he feels like, he will win one for oakLAND.
I said that this morning, but instead of Oakland stop, he heads to OKC after us and teams up with Durant on his new contract.
Still think he leaves at some point. He wants to win titles. He won one for cleveland and no longer owes them anything. Probably not going to leave the team that just won though. Maybe in 3 or 4 years.
I doubt it. Even though he was the best player in the finals, It was obviously how much more effort it took him to elevate his game to that level, that was his norm in 2012. In 3-4 more years his body will be so worn that he wont be the impact player he was or still is. I don't know the number,s but i'm pretty sure he has played more games at this point of his career/age of anyone in NBA history (including the playoffs in this). Though he did it, i'm sure it took a massive toll on him to do what he just did, and he wont be able to continue to do this. He wont be the player to make a difference on teams 3-4 years from now... unless he pulls a David west ad signs for way less to get more rings. Otherwise, I think he signs big with Cleveland. Takes another $100 mill and if he wins again, great, but otherwise, he is gonna cash in on one more huge contract with Cleveland I think.
