    SO POLITICAL ~ OR~ IT"S SOMETHING ELSE

Without religion, your path is straight on and clear. I don't kneel. I Raise my hands, towards my last possible chance to live. Religion is a middleman tactic. IMO.
However, if you practice~ Peace to all, live to help another.

I think he’s saying “Pray for Shaedon” no matter your religion.

Anyone ever watch Tennis? Wimbledon Championship is on right now. I don’t mind watching tennis, it’s fairly new to me.

What religion means to me is overwhelmingly negative. Mass murder of those who don't share their faith. Invasion, enslavement. In modern times, hating gays, opposing women's rights, denying science.
I agree with John Lennon, imagine "no religion, too".

Organized religion is one of the worst things wrong with this world.

Look at Jerusalem and Palestine for example. They’ve been in a non stop war for 1000’s of years because of religion.

On a smaller scale it’s been a great divider in the US and some of the most judgmental out there are religious zealot’s

I have cousin’s who grew up in Missouri in an evangelical type household. 5 kids. Religion was huge with them. Each and everyone of those kids have problems. Whether it be with relationships, addiction, you name it.

My parents raised us without going to church and they grew up very catholic. All 3 of us are successful, non addicted and have our shit together.

I would say in the case of fundamentalist religion this would be the case in many circumstances but not in the case of a Taoist monk or Buddhist country like Thailand that has a long history of peace and one of the most accepting cultures of transgendered people on earth....I also think many Pagan religions have not been aggressive about dominating their environment or forcing their beliefs...the aboriginals in Australia or the Hopi or the Pygmies, etc....they get sort of swept under the rug but are practitioners of their own faiths. The biggest abuse of religious doctrine is definitely tied to Catholicism, Christianity and Muslim fundamentalists....I agree with John Lennon though as well. China's atheism under Mao was forced on people and used violence to gain power and keep it so....atheists have their bad history as well. The Russian revolution is another example of violent overthrow of government in the name of atheism.

Religion is such a dirty word to me with so many negative annotations attached to it. Having a relationship with the living God is something that could and should be separated from "Religion", whatever that even means.

The older I get the worst religion gets. It's a scam that takes advantage of human nature.

They frown on cheering during golf. They frown on cheering during church. It's like they're the same thing.
