To say I “enjoyed” it would be using the wrong word, but it’s good. Well made, builds suspense, lots of twists. Only three one hour episodes, so can be watched in a night. Cat lovers should definitely not watch certain parts, not even the trailer. Are we doing the wrong thing just by talking about it?
WTH is this!!!???????? I really want to watch it, but i don't think I will. I might commit myself to joining the manhunt? Did I get what I think I did from the preview? Some dude is killing kittens and posting the videos online for the world to see???????? Just shoot the dude now, if so. I'm serious. Remove him from the planet.
Im not sure how??? Maybe how the doc was put together? But the story itself? So i googled. Im not gonna watch it. Heart racing fast enough just reading up on the whole thing. I just don't understand. Nor do i think i even want to. It is people like this that make me think about selectivism and capital punishment. Does everyone have the right to live no matter what? Mentally fucked up or not, whats the point of making the public pay the taxes( not sure if he was convicted in canada and they have the same taxation structure?) to keep someone like this alive? this is right out of hollywood horror. But real. Absolutely fucking nuts. Nothing can be outstanding about this can it?
the series is outstanding for entertainment purposes and it is gripping and well done. I thought Schindlers List was also amazing. Not sure what I’m missing with your post unless only feel good stories can be outstanding?
I have heard RAVE reviews from a lot of people. I still havent watched it but I heard the storytelling and suspense is great. I am still hesitant to watch it because of the graphic nature of the subject matter... It Also raises a fascinating point. Albeit kind of a hypocritical one. With humans hollywood has sensationalized the hell out of murder. But this documentary is about the curelty humans but onto cats. I dont know if i can stomach that because i cant watch animals be killed in any fashion... Yet some love to hunt (which is legal and completly the opposite of what this is about)... I do find the line has blurred in relation to humans and animals. We can watch true crime all the time (im guilty of this) but when it comes to animals we can not (when the means of it is outside of natural predatory animals... I.e. the bear and the fish). Does that make sense? I dont think it should ever come to the point of desensitazation when it comes to this... And hopefully it never does. Kitties are the bestest animals around. But all animals that are housed and out of the wild depend on us to take care of them. Breaks my heart when i hear something like this.
sorry. I miss understood at first. Having never heard of this story, i was fixated on the story itself Nd was thinking it was being praised. Not the “telling” of the story. Im with @Strenuus I cant watch this. My heart will explode.
Most likely what im gonna do is fast forward through that stuff. I heard again how riveting the story is so im probably eventually gonna watch it and fast forward through the nasty stuff.

Just watched all of it. Fucking disturbing, but yes very well made. I am always conflicted about contributing to the fame of murderers but morbid curiousity often gets the better of me. Even just making this post about it. He'd probably fucking love it.
Yeah, I turned my head for certain parts, and fast forwarded through others. Even though they don’t show the graphic parts, I don’t need to see the lead up or aftermath.
