Reports are Duece is done for the season (ACL)...anyword down there Bleed? Who is going to replace him Stecker or Smith? I saw smith got the ball when Duece went down but wasn't sure if that was going to be the norm. http://fantasysports.yahoo.com/analysis/ne...lgns&league=nfl
i just posted a thread about mcallister like a minute before you. I dont see how the saints are going to rebound
That is going to turn things from bad to worse down there! they will have to heavily rely on Brooks now and that is not good news!
Not good news for the Saints, as if they didn't have enough problems. You're right WF, it looks like things are about to go from bad to worse for them.
That hurts badly. I know Stecker is from Ash which is close by to Green Bay. So it's nice to see a local play but he's no where near the caliber player McAlister is. Plus he was banged up last season and they gave him that big contract. Ouch!!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Wannab Favre)</div><div class='quotemain'>It is a possibility!</div> Ricky = 0 games played in 1.25 years. One week to trade deadline . . . i dont see him getting dealt.
If they dolphins were to trade Williams it would be after the year. I think now that there is a possiblty that they will keep both backs and have a two headed monster
Am I the only one who thinks this is the NFL? (Being sarcastic) I mean come on. Blockbuster trades are rare in the NFL. Especially during the middle of the season. This isn't the NBA or MLB where you see big players get traded. The NFL doesn't play the trade market as much. The Trade deadline isn't that big of a deal. I think the biggest name to be traded in recent years was a 42 year old WR name Jerry Rice during the season. Then of course we had Portis for Bailey probably the biggest trade in recent years during the off season. Trades in the NFL mostly happen during the off-season. Like the NFL DRAFT! Lets be real the chances of a big name guy being dealt like a Ricky Williams (Yes I know it would be logical for Miami to do so but it don't seem likely to happen) is not high at all.
Yeah, I think Ricky will start eating into Ronnie Brown's time now at Miami. Nick Saban has said Ricky is a model player and has done everything asked of him. Let's see if that will get im some yards!
