I wouldn't watch Inside the NBA if Ernie wasn't on it. Seems like a great person. What about that part though where she said she checked his account balance...
Damn what a life that guy has led. Family is by far the most important thing to me and seeing this almost had me tearing up at the parts he was talking about his father passing and his son almost dying.
I cried, not gonna lie. Father stuff usually gets me, and I couldn't help it seeing how great he is at caring for his kid. I've got tons of respect for him. I wonder if that is why the TNT studio is in Atlanta so that he doesn't have to travel for work.
Well, don't I feel like a piece of crap. His wife said she couldn't imagine living her life wondering what happened to that boy. I could have, but people like these are the reasons why. I'm not religious and don't believe in heaven but I'll gladly rot in hell if someday that family can be together unencumbered by sickness and pain.
You never know what kind of life someone is living behind the scenes. Makes me feel good to know that I share this planet with someone like Ernie Johnson.
