I cook my eggs a specific way. I thought about making a poll but there aren't enough options. How do you cook your eggs?

I do not really care that much about eggs, the only egg dish I really like, but is a rare treat because it takes a lot of time is Shakshuka.

Recently I've been making a one egg omelette with cheese in the middle and slap it between two pieces of toasted multi grain bread. Other time I scramble them with tomatoes Taiwanese style and have toast or quesadillas on the side. I mix my eggs with a bit of olive oil and used to use a splash of milk in the mix but stopped using milk a years ago ...no salt..some pepper or garlic powder...garnish with some parsley out of my garden

Shakshuka is delicious! Obviously can't make that every morning unless you're a restaurant or feeding 12.

    How do you cook yours?

I love eggs, eat them almost every morning for breakfast. So scrambled, over easy, poached are my 3 favorites. I'll do omelettes if we already have some chopped veggies to add in.

3 egg french omelette with some oat milk has been my go to lately. Throw some hot sauce in before you stir it up. Gordon Ramsay style.

Every possible way. Eggs are one of my favorite foods. I'll eat them all styles in any cuisine.

These are pretty awesome for poaching if I have time. Otherwise just fried.

Egg omelet with sautéed mushrooms, sometimes with a little onion, cheddar cheese.
Scrambled with salt & pepper is okay for a quick meal.
Poached served with sour dough toast.
    Fried over-easy on pancakes.

Did I mention that I love eggs? Surprisingly, my cholesterol is good.

I mentioned it in a previous thread, grab a non stick pan filled with water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, bring it to a boil. Slide to eggs into it, turn off heat, cover for 4 minutes. Perfectly poached eggs.

Soft boiled is about the only way I don't like eggs. I hard boil a couple every week, an egg plus a vegetable for breakfast.
Today I made pancakes and fried an egg.
    Like scrambled, omelets, frittata.
California benedict - like eggs benedict but instead of ham/Canadian bacon uses a sliced avocado. Special occasion dish due to prep time.
Love shakshuka. Make extra sauce I can quickly reheat and drop in an egg.

I like them basted until medium, so I can dunk my toast in the yolk. My dog loves ‘em any way I fix them (though she prefers sausage added).
