... OSU on the list with Isaac Seumalo at #29 overall. I knew he was highly ranked, but it was still good to see us relatively high up on the board. Here's (my attempt at) the link: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/20...l-recruits/index.html?eref=sihp&sct=hp_bf3_a2
Nice to keep the local kids at home. One thing I like about OSU is they give a lot of local kids the chance to play Pac12 ball. Oregon's recruiting has been disappointing thus far, but it's early. Early rankings are fun to look at, but not bank on. LOI day is the big day. #7, #11 are "hot" on Oregon (I think this means top3 w/ visit). Others are warm on Oregon. As a general rule, I try to remember that high rankings don't guarantee anything. Players like the Roger brother, LMJ, (the list goes on) were never highly ranked - yet, in them you find Heisman qualities (best in the nation). TCU and Boise St are traditionally upper-mid of the pack in rankings, yet field winning teams. Some teams just have a knack for finding talent and developing that talent. Oregon won the Pac with far less than the best recruiting classes.
