I am going to the game tomorrow against the Heat and have an extra ticket. 300 level. I don't bite. I do however yell and scream the Blazers to victory. First come first serve.
Oh dude, I would SO take you up on that......but ask @SlyPokerDog what happened last time I sat up in the 300 section......
Word. Never a truer statement spoken. Don't tell Sly.....but I lie and tell people that a dog in a stetson tripped me.
Nobody and I mean nobody has screamed louder than me at Blazer games. I've sat all over the joint. I've sat in the 300 level where friends of mine had tickets. I've sat in the 200 level where I had tickets and I've sat in the 100 level. One time when I was in section 122 near Nate and the team I yelled so loud that Nate turned around to see who that maniac was. Made my day. In the same seat someone nearby asked me to keep it down but others said NO, KEEP IT UP. They added that whenever I yelled we seemed to do better. Yep, there's no doubt but that on occasions the players could hear me. I can't really yell now due to surgery on my throat for cancer removal, (Successful), but I do my best. I'm also a tad old to be screaming. This still wouldn't stop me if it were physically possible to yell. The ushers and Wheels know me by sight as does the Schonz, Rich Cho and the two Mikes (Rice and Barrett). Never met Stotts or Olshey. I've also been to games with Sly, HomerLovesKoolAid and Hobbes. I'll be at the closing game against Utah which I believe is on April 9.
I have screamed louder than you...I have lost my voice before the game was over I have screamed so loud. We will have to go to a game together. We will probably get kicked out. One of us is terribly loud, both of us would be defeaning. It is good to see there is someone else who is as passionate as me when it comes to screaming the Blazers to victory. I thought I was one of a kind. If you can match me then watch out Moda Center.
I've gone home with a hoarse voice so many times that I've lost count. Trust me, NO ONE has ever screamed like I did. My wife plugged her ears with her fingers. However, as I said, I had surgery on my throat for cancer and I can't scream any longer. Sadly, I'm now like the statues that populate the 100 level and sit there quietly. Oh hey, I'll be at the April 11th game against Utah. I'll be sitting in row E in section 112, near the center. I always wear Blazer stuff, at least a hat and usually something red. My wife is more subdued, after all we're no longer that young.
