So I jailbreaked my phone...now what? What're some great things to get? I got angry birds just to see what the fuss was all about but I found myself immediately bored.
Are we talking iPhone? Android? Blackberry? My favorite apps are Facebook and Twitter because I am boring.
Youtube app for droid just updated. very cool. advanced task killer and juice defender are great for saving battery life Google maps is a great way to get directions and find places very quickly. Especially with voice search.
I used to use those, too. I hate the fact that the phone has so many features but you end up having to shut them all off to save battery. My suggestion to everybody with android is to pick up an extended battery. It's well worth it. At first, I just used it when I knew I wasn't gonna have access to a charger all day, but now I just leave it in all the time.
it turns your data off when the screen is off. It makes all the widgets useless and it doesn't notify you instantly for emails and shit.
I like that I can call people and talk to them on my phone. I have appropriate tools for doing other things. Like a camera to take photos, and a pc to use the internet.
I got an iphone 4. I really don't know much about jailbreaking aside from tweaking my phone. I wanna know which apps are worth dl'ing. oh, and which app has the largest novel database?
Kindle books can be read on the iphone. There's also iBookstore (download it, it's free). All of Project Gutenberg is free to download as well, but you have to go through itunes app on your PC (or Mac) to get them on the phone.
